Auf ca.20&#8217;000 Hektaren z\u00fcchtet sein Betrieb rund 10&#8217;000 Rinder der Rassen Hereford und Aberdeen Angus. Diese Bilder stammen von einem besonderen Anlass wo wir sein Fleisch f\u00fcr rund 170 G\u00e4ste auf dem Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker 57 grillierten.
